New training video given to me

I was told I need to go back to basics from time to time, so I was given this video by my sissy-trainers. I am to watch this on repeat for an hour every other day as part of my nightly, video training where I have to dress up, put myself in bondage and gag myself and watch the prescribed videos.  Here is the new video:
